ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:
Raj is a versatile Agile Coach (Process & Engineering), mentor and trainer with nineteen years of experience in mission-critical IT solution delivery within both public and private sectors including finance, education, and homeland security. He has helped develop all roles, from executive leadership to engineering teams, in lean software development, process frameworks and adaptations, product ownership, and quality engineering practices.

Raj has over twelve years of hands-on experience with the pragmatic application of Agile processes and XP-inspired code quality practices and coaching the adoption of Lean-AgileDevOps practices at scale. Raj has designed, developed and deployed Agile-enabled fit-for-purpose IT solutions with short lead times while improving outcomes and reducing total investment costs.

Raj is also a professional trainer of Agile Engineering and Agile Testing practices, and Scrum, Kanban, SAFe frameworks. He has developed and delivered team and organization training materials and workshops, building knowledge and skills to
