Making user-stories smaller with story splitting.

Why is having smaller user-stories so important? How can we make them smaller?

Niels van Reijmersdal is going to introduce a couple of practical splitting facilitation strategies to trigger your teams to think differently.
After the theory part we will try to split some large example stories together. Having doubts? Bring your own difficult (or even "impossible") to split stories along and we try to tackle them together.

Niels has been facilitating numerous teams as a Scrum Master, mainly in the marketing and advertisement industry for nine years now.
We would like to thank Niels van Reijmersdal (https://www.bannerconnect.net/) for bringing this topic to Scrumtisch Aachen as well as Improvement21 (http://www.improvement21.com/de/) and especially Almudena Rodriguez Pardo for hosting the event.
