How Adults Learn and How it Helps in Agile

A discussion on how to incorporate various components of adult learning and chaos and complexity theory, to show “how to learn” in  “what to learn” environments. 

Dr. William Yates Bio:

Dr. Yates has been working as an adjunct professor for several universities including the University of Virginia (since 2002). His professional background includes managerial positions and responsibilities in Fortune 100, 500, and global venture startup organizations. This includes significant time employed with AT&T, as well as Concert (AT&T-BT) and America Online (AOL). Dr. Yates earned his doctoral degree (Doctor of Education), associated with the domain of human resource development, in 2009 from The George Washington University. He holds a Master of Science degree in Project Management, also from GWU (2000). He has held the Project Management Professional certification credential (PMP, #6122) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 1996
