View the First-Ever Virtual Coaching Clinic
With Michael de la Maza, Bob Galen, and Jim York
Scrum Alliance® is continually looking for ways to enhance your learning and help you on your Agile journey. To that end, we were thrilled to hold the first Virtual Coaching Clinic webinar.
We had invited eight coaches to participate in the webinar with three of our Certified Enterprise Coaches. The panel personally offered their feedback and provide coaching advice on each unique situation.
The theme was “Coaching Up,” and the questions and advice focused on two main areas:
- How do you define and measure coaching impact?
- How do you work with leaders who are struggling with command and control behaviors?
We were excited to offer you another way to build on your professional development, and encourage you to view this inaugural Virtual Coaching Clinic!
