Collaboration at Scale: Identifying and Prioritizing Technical Debt
With Richard Kasperowski, Co-Founder of the Greatness Guild; M. Scott Ford, Founder and Chief Code Whisperer of Corgibytes, LLC; and Luke Hohmann, Founder and CEO of Conteneo, Inc.

While teams within large organizations often inherent substantial amounts of technical debt from legacy systems, they struggle on reaching agreement on what technical debt *is* and which aspects of their systems they should focus on improving. This webinar outlined how distributed teams can collaborate at scale to identify and prioritize technical debt.

About the Collaboration at Scale Webinar Series

A joint production of Scrum Alliance® and Conteneo Inc., the Collaboration at Scale webinar series is designed to provide a series of focused, outcome-driven solutions to collaboration problems faced by CSPOs, ScrumMasters, and Scrum Team members in organizations of ten or more Scrum Teams.
